• 1965

  Company was formed headed by Shri Shirish Dalal focusing on OEM Market

• 1980

  Formed Bend Well Tubes focusing on Drawing of Carbon Steel Tubes

• 1985

  Started first supply o BHEL, MDL as a Brand

• 2007

  Vipal Enterprises Pvt Ltd was formed and HAVI Brand launched focusing on Instrumentation Fittings & Valves by Vipul Dalal and Vipul Panchal

• 2008

  Executed first Order of Reliance Jamnagar Refinery

• 2008

  Expansion to Vasai Plant with certification of ISO 9001, PED 97/23/EC, AD Merkblatt

• 2010

  Got approved with ADGAS and TAKREER in UAE Market

• 2012

  Executed first Project of TAKREER's Ruwais Refinery through Petronash

• 2013

  Got approved with BOROUGE in UAE

• 2016

  Expansion of plant at Vasai.

• 2018

  Got Certification done for ISO 14001 & 45001.

• 2018

  TAT Certification Done for DBB Valves Upto 2500 Class.

• 2018

  Company Name change to HAVI Engineering India Pvt. Ltd.

• 2020

  Sifted to Pune at 50,000/- Sq ft plant
